Did you know that the state only provides 15% of the funding UCLA requires. This is why registration fees alone are almost $8000 per year at UCLA. Once housing, books, food and the occasional video game are added, the costs top $20,000. Besides fun and camaraderie, the San Fernando Valley Bruins are dedicated to providing scholarships to UCLA students from the valley. You can help by making a tax deductable contribution to the club fund at the Alumni Association. Your donations through the San Fernando Valley Bruins help students in exactly the same way as a donation directly to the Alumni Association, however by donating through the clubs endowment fund you can be assured your donation will be used to help an incoming freshman or junior college transfer student whose family resides in the San Fernando Valley. There are two easy ways to make a contribution. 1. Click on this link to donate directly on the UCLA Alumni Associations website. 2. Write a check payable to the "UCLA Foundation". Put "SFV Bruins Account #81194-E" in the memo area so it will be credited to the correct account. Send the check to Cam Tennyson SFV Bruins Endowment Fund 4908 Reforma Road Woodland Hills, CA 91364
